Mohammed Ghulam Mohiuddin bin Abdul Aziz served under three Sultans of Oman.
1959 – 1969 HM Sultan Said bin Taimur

The Author started his career in the Government of HM Sultan Said bin Taimur in the Audit office in 1959. Within a matter of one year 1960 he moved to the Department of External Affairs. He worked his way through to be gaining more and more responsibility and in late 1968 he was Director of the External Affairs Department until 1971.
In 1972 the author was assigned the role of Head of International Affairs department. Then on the author represented Oman in international conferences on several occasions. The International Humanitarian Law Conference 1976 and 1977. The United Nations General Assembly in 1982.
The author progressed to the rank of First Secretary and then retired as Advisor in 1994 completing 35 years of service. He breathed his last in June 2020.
